After lunch, Michael Erdman, President of Milne House Garden Club, will give us a presentation about a recent trip he took to Bangkok and Singapore, focusing on the amazing and beautiful gardens in each city. His presentation will take us on an hour-long journey through remarkable temple gardens and botanical collections, such as Singapore’s world-famous National Orchid Garden, as well as a peak inside the studio of the Head Florist to the Thai Royal Family.
Michael is a keen gardener himself, with a garden in the Beaches that features roses, rhododendrons and hundreds of perennials. His indoor plant collections include orchids, camellias and many tropicals. He is president of two clubs based at the Toronto Botanical Garden – Milne House Garden Club and the Greater Toronto Bulb Society – and a member of the Garden Club of Toronto
